Up on arrival for error DF code . Found nothing wrong with the system. Says was going to defrost more , customer tough it was error code. Explained to customer that’s how systems should operate have to go through defrost cycle. Unit working good at this time
Upon arrival customer explained that condensation that is draining right outside of her house is pooling, she just had foundation repaired and doesn’t want it to be compromised by condensation. Per Darlene and Troy I extended drain to gutter under install warranty. I routed pvc drains to gutters so it drains out in the middle of the yard with rain. Used approx 15ft of 3/4pvc, 2 90s, 2 45s, 2 couplings. Customer also explained that remote wasnt always registering at AHU. Tested remote and found it to be operating normal. Explained to customer that you need to point directly at the unit and hear it beep in order to verify any changes. Also showed her how to use other functions on the remote.
